Research to develop a Smart City Business Action Plan and Strategic Marketing Plan to Identify the Municipality of Chania

The Municipality of Chania emphasizes its digital transformation and interaction with citizens, while creating an attractive environment for businesses, visitors and operators. In order to make this transition the most appropriate, a Smart City Action Plan and a Strategic Marketing Plan for City Identification (City Marketing, City Branding) will be developed in the framework of the Act. visitors, businesses and operators are crucial for adapting the data to the characteristics of the Municipality. For this purpose, from 20/12/2018 to 16/01/2019, a survey was conducted and a total of 1,144 questionnaires were collected. Specifically, the survey involved 975 citizens, 45 businesses and 123 visitors.
